She was often paired with Errol Flynn. Some of her movies include: The Adventures of Robin Hood, Gone With the Wind (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), The Heiress (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), To Each His Own (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Hold Back The Dawn (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Snake Pit (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), and Captain Blood. Her sister was Joan Fontaine, and they had a many decades-long (and never resolved) feud. She passed away in 2020 at the age of 104. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that the window card (which is from the 1948 re-release of the movie) has been personally autographed (signed) by Olivia De Havilland (she signed the window card in the 1980s, but the window card is an original from the 1948 re-release)! The REPRO still of Flynn is in nice condition. The R48 window card had its blank top trimmed off and it was folded across the middle and it had a semi-circular tear in the bottom center. It appears that it was linenbacked and restoration was performed. Both items were nicely double matted together in a single large mat that measures 19 3/4" x 28 1/2" and it will look great on anyone's wall! Learn More about condition grades
