Sexual Harassment is Unlawful, the 2000s Kenyan poster created by KACC, encouraging people to alert the authorities of corruption and ethics violations. Corruption in the post-colonial government of Kenya has a history which spans the era of the Jomo Kenyatta and Daniel arap Moi's KANU governments, Mwai Kibaki's PNU government and the current Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubillee Party government. In the Corruption Perceptions Index 2012, Kenya is ranked 139th out of 176 countries for corruption, tied with Azerbaijan, Nepal, Nigeria, and Pakistan (least corrupt countries are at the top of the list). In 2007, WikiLeaks published an article called The Looting of Kenya under President Moi, and its analysis of a leaked investigative document about the billions transferred out of Kenya by the family and associates of former Kenyan leader Daniel arap Moi.

Important Added Info: Note that last year in the wake of Weinstein/Me Too movement, Kenya's tech community was rocked to its core after leading software company Ushahidi had to fire its then Executive Director Daudi Were following an investigation into sexual harassment claims lodged by Angela Kabari, a former employee of the company. Also renowned actor Nick Mutuma has been on the spot after more than five women came out on twitter accusing him of assault or harassment following an account by acquaintance Koome Gitobu on behalf of his girlfriend. Mutuma has since vehemently denied these claims.
