An Original Vintage Unfolded Printer's Test One-Sheet Movie Poster (SpanUS 1sh; printed in Spanish in the U.S. for Spanish speaking audiences; measures 28 1/4" x 41" [72 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) The Enforcer, the classic 1976 James Fargo San Francisco California terrorist crime action thriller sequel ("Clint Eastwood is Dirty Harry"; "Based on characters created by Harry Julian Fink & R.M. Fink"; "Story by Gail Morgan Hickman & S.W. Schurr"; "Screenplay by Stirling Silliphant and Dean Riesner") starring Clint Eastwood (as Dirty Harry), Harry Guardino, Bradford Dillman, Tyne Daly, John Mitchum, and DeVeren Bookwalter NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Bill Gold Important Added Info: Note that this poster measures 28 1/4" x 41" [72 x 104 cm]. Also note that this one-sheet was printed in the United States for use at theaters with Spanish speaking audiences (this was done most by MGM, starting in the 1930s, but it was done by the other major studios as well, and often the posters would have the exact same image as the English language poster, except the writing would be in Spanish, and on posters from the 1930s and 1940s there would be an added "Toda en Espanol!", meaning "Entirely in Spanish!", printed within the image). Sometimes posters from the 1960s or later will have the word "SPANISH" printed in the bottom border (or sometimes stamped on the back of the poster). Also note that this is a very rare uncut printer's test! Before a poster was printed in large quantities, the printer would print a limited number of posters as "test" posters. Commonly, they would leave the color chart on the left edge of the poster, which added an extra inch to the width of the poster (which explains why the poster measures 28" x 41"). These printer's tests would then be shown to the various people in a position to "OK" them, and once they were completely approved, the printer would print the full print run of the posters. Not only is a printer's test far more rare than a regular poster, but it is also 100% genuine, there is no fear of purchasing a reproduction! Condition: good. There are creases and scuff marks scattered throughout the poster and there is some ink pen writing in the border at bottom. Learn More about condition grades
