An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Die Schuld Der Lavinia Morland (released in the U.S. in 1922 as "The Wife Trap"), the 1920 Joe May German silent romantic infidelity melodrama starring Mia May (in the title role as Lavinia Morland), Kitty Aschenbach, Paul Bildt, Alfred Gerasch, and Loni Nest. Note that star Mia May (formerly Hermine Pfleger) did not start acting until 1917, when she was 34, and she was married to German director Joe May (who directed this movie). Note that this was one of the German UFA movies that were released by Paramount after the giant studios made a business merger that connected the companies and allowed them to distribute each other's movies in their respective countries.
