An Original Vintage Magazine (measures 8 1/2" x 11" [22 x 28 cm]) (Learn More) John Zacherle (almost always simply referred to as "Zacherley" or "Zacherly") was an actor, television & radio host, author, and voice actor from the 1950s to 2016. He was best known for hosting several horror and science fiction (sci-fi) movie television (TV) shows as the character of Roland/Zacherley, and he and his shows were responsible for creating a huge number of horror/sci-fi fans over the past several decades. He was inducted into the Horror Host Hall of Fame in 2011. He continued to attend movie shows of all sorts in full makeup. He passed away in 2016 at the age of 98. Our consignor obtained the autograph in person at the Chiller Theatre Show, and we are certain it is authentic.
