An Original 1949 Vintage Autographed Movie Souvenir Program Book (measures 9" x 11 3/4" [23 x 30 cm]; 18 pages) (Learn More) Michael Powell, the 1980 poster ("Artist-in-Residence") promoting a film exhibition which was held from January 12th to March 7th at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. The films shown include: A Matter of Life and Death, Peeping Tom, The Small Black Room and The Red Shoes. Note that this poster features an image of director Michael Powell and a camera. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this souvenir program book has been personally autographed (signed) by Michael Powell (the program is from 1949 and it was signed in 1985)! Our consignor obtained this autograph in person in 1985 when Mr. Powell was a guest lecturer at the Rice Media Center at Rice University in Houston, Texas. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we are 100% certain the signature is authentic. Also note that we have pictured the front cover and an interior 2-page spread from this program. You can use these images to determine the exact condition of it from our super-sized image, but realize that there are some other pages you are not seeing. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
