I'm Carmen!"; "The stormy loves of the most celebrated temptress of all time!"; "This is Carmen the talk of the world!"; "A story of beauty and savagery... love and hate... splendor and shame..."; "Based on the novel 'Carmen' by Prosper Merimee"; a remake of the 1927 Raoul Walsh movie with Dolores Del Rio in the title role) starring Rita Hayworth (in the title role as Carmen), Glenn Ford (as Don Jose), Ron Randell, Victor Jory, Luther Adler, Arnold Moss, Joseph Buloff, Margaret Wycherly, and Robert Sidneyp NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster was printed in the United States for use at theaters with Spanish speaking audiences. Condition: good to very good. The poster had a series of tiny tears in the top 1/4 of the vertical foldline and a few in the rest of the vertical foldline. There were a few scuff marks in Glenn Ford's hair and in the background to the right of it. The top 2" of the poster was folded back at one time and there were pinholes and scuff marks in the top left corner of the image. There was tiny paper loss at the crossfolds. There was a 6" tear in the right of the middle foldline running from the bottom of Hayworth's earring down to Ford's sleeve. There were scuffs around the word "TECHNICOLOR" and in the black background area above it. There were many smudges and scuffs in the black background area in the bottom of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see some signs of the restoration of the above defects.
