Some of his songs include: Wabash Moon, These Foolish Things (Remind Me of You), and Molly Malone. He was at one time married Barbara Bennett, sister of actresses Constance and Joan! AND Barbara Bennett, she is the mostly forgotten middle sister of Joan and Constance Bennett. She came from a famous acting family (her parents were Richard Bennett and Adrienne Morrison). She appeared in only six movies, and then, unlike her sisters, she retired in 1930 at the age of 24, after she married Morton Downey, a popular bandleader; they were married for eleven years, and had five children, one of whom grew up to be Morton Downey, Jr.!
