If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been personally autographed (signed) by cinematographer Vilmos Zsigmond! It includes a JSA "certificate of authenticity" from James Spence Authentication, LLC (see our images). This poster was originally consigned to us in our June 2020 auction. Our consignor was a college professor for a number of years, who was a close friend of Ray Harryhausen, and who became friendly with many Hollywood directors, actors, and crew members. He had a collection of movie posters in the 1970s, and when he would have a chance to meet an actor, director, or crew member, he would find one-sheets in his collection from movies that person had worked on, and he would bring it to their meeting, and ask the person to sign (and on several occasions, he was able to get more than one signature on a single poster), and some of the people who signed wrote an inscription, sometimes personalized to our consignor. He has passed away, but we are 100% certain the signature on this poster is authentic, because it was acquired in person. Now that very same poster has been reconsigned to us for this auction! As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes. Condition: very good. The poster has some light creases along portions of the folds. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
