An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Senor Americano, the 1929 Harry Joe Brown silent cowboy western romantic action adventure ("100% thrilling!"; "The dare-devil of dare-devils gives you new thrills - new hazards - new heart throbs in this amazing action-packed picture!"; "Rip-roaring romance in golden days of old California - as only Ken Maynard can give it to you!") starring Ken Maynard, Kathryn Crawford, Frank Beal, Frank Yaconelli, J.P. McGowan, and Tarzan (Ken's horse). Note that this was Ken Maynard's last silent, and it had a great deal of music throughout, but all of the dialog was through intertitles. Also, note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Important Added Info: Note that first release 1929 movie paper from this Ken Maynard movie are incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single poster or lobby card from this movie until we received this lobby card!

Condition: fair to good. Someone glued a piece from another lobby card (showing Maynard falling off his horse) to an area in the lower left, just above the title. We can't tell what was under it that it was covering, and we don't want to damage the card by trying to pry it off (although a restorer could certainly removed it). We would imagine there was certainly some clear reason for covering that area, and we would love to know what it was! Otherwise, the card has many pinholes, creases, smudges, and stains around the edges. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
