An Original Vintage Autographed 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm] Television Still (Learn More) June Lockhart is an actress from the 1930s to the present. She is best remembered for playing the mother on TV's "Lassie", and she also appeared on "Lost in Space". Some of her movies include: Adam Had Four Sons, T-Men, The White Cliffs of Dover, and Meet Me in St. Louis. She is the daughter of fine character actor Gene Lockhart and Kathleen Lockhart. Her daughter, Anne Lockhart, is also an actress! As of 2021, she is still alive at the age of 95! Important Added Info: Note that this TV still has been personally autographed (signed) by June Lockhart! Our consignor is a very longtime dealer/collector who acquired this signed item in the 1970s, and kept it in his collection until now, when he is selling parts of his collection. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic. Note that this still was printed on Kodak paper, but this is because TV stills were quite commonly printed on Kodak paper (no doubt they needed far fewer stills for TV shows than they did for movies, so it just made financial sense to have Kodak copies made rather than printing large numbers of them). We are certain it is an original TV still, and not a later copy. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes. Condition: fair to good.
