An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Dice Woman, the 1926 Edward Dillon silent romantic gambling action adventure comedy (about a spoiled heiress who is mistakenly arrested, and she runs away with no money, and she ends up in China, where she gets a job at a gambling casino, at the crap table, which is why she is called "The Dice Woman", and once there, someone recognizes her and she is kidnapped!) starring Priscilla Dean, John Bowers, Gustav von Seyffertitz, Lionel Belmore, and Phillips Smalley. Note that both Priscilla Dean and John Bowers were top silent stars whose careers ended with the coming of sound (Bowers became a drunk and drowned himself, paralleling the plot of "A Star is Born", which was written soon after his death). Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper items from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned two other scene cards (we auctioned one of them twice) from this movie (and NO other movie paper) until we received this lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good to fine.
