2nd Liberty Loan, the 1917 U.S. World War I (WWI) War Bond poster ("'Shall we be more tender with our dollars than with the lives of our sons' - W.G. McAdoo Secretary of the Treasury"; "Buy a United States Government Bond of the 2nd Liberty Loan of 1917"). Note that this poster features Dan Sayre Groesbeck art of Uncle Sam gesturing towards troops, ships and planes with the Statue of Liberty in the background.

Important Added Info: Note that this item is glued to a board and must be sent in a large flat package. Please bear this added expense in mind before bidding on this item.

Condition: good to very good. The poster is glued to cardboard. It has tiny brown dot stains around the edges and in the lower half and the upper right blank border has darkened. There are some scuff's in the figure's chest at center. The back has patches of discoloration.
