Included is the comprehensive list of actors and actresses and their credits from the just concluded years of 1938-1939. Also included are detailed lists of industry personnel and production companies as well as much information about distribution. Note that very clever poster dealers have used these yearbooks to find out exactly where there were movie theaters in their area (and the surrounding states) and they have contacted the former owners of those theaters (or their heirs), and have found many great finds of movie posters in that way! Of course, we can't guarantee that will work for YOU, but it sure seems worth a try! Important Added Info: Note that this is one of a remarkable collection of 33 different volumes of this wonderful hardcover annual book, ranging between 1927 and 1969. We have previously auctioned a few other collections of these, and while these books are difficult to obtain one at a time, this is an opportunity to obtain any of these 33 volumes (it is not all the volumes that they published, because they started in 1918, but the ones from 1918 to 1926 are virtually impossible to find, and we are missing some volumes from the later years). We are also auctioning a few similar books as well!
