An Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Taylor Holmes was an actor from the 1900s to the 1950s. He started on the stage with the 1900 play "Sapho", but it was closed down for immorality! Some of his movies include: Efficiency Edgar's Courtship (in the title role as Edgar), Nothing But the Truth, Joan of Arc, Father of the Bride, and Sleeping Beauty (as the voice of King Stefan). He passed away in 1959 at the age of 81. Important Added Info: Note that we think it is extremely likely that this still is from the 1920s (or even 1930s), but that it shows a portrait of Mr. Holmes from much earlier (and that the photographer credit on the photograph is from when it was originally taken). Please do not bid on this still thinking it is from when it was first taken, as it is almost certainly from one or two decades later. Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: very good. Learn More about condition grades
