Note that the title is a parody of the title of Zane Grey's classic novel, "Riders of the Purple Sage", which was filmed both before and after this movie. Also note that one of the gag writers on this short was an uncredited Frank Capra! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good to very good.
