The Squaw Man, the 1905 - 1906 cowboy western stage play (written by Edwin Milton Royle) starring William Faversham, Adrienne Morrison, Frederick Forrest, George Fawcett, Michell Lewis, and Theodore Roberts. Note that in 1914, Cecil B. DeMille made a western movie based on this same story, and it was one of the most important and influential early westerns! If anyone knows more about this stage production or this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that in the case of this book, it is not from a MOVIE, but rather from a stage play! Apparently, Grosset & Dunlap started these kind of books soon after the turn of the 20th century, making them from stage plays and then, when movies came along, they started doing them from movies (we did not know that before seeing this book). Also note that we have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads. The example of this book offered here does not have its dust jacket.

Condition: good.
