An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) Mountain Justice, the 1937 Michael Curtiz hillbilly medical doctor romantic melodrama ("Drama thunders from the mountain-tops as love flings all caution to the winds!"; a wacky story of a woman who grows up among hillbillies, and she leaves her family and becomes a nurse, and returns with a kindly doctor to try to help those she grew up with, but her abusive father, who believes in whipping those he doesn't agree with, works to stop them) starring Josephine Hutchinson, Guy Kibbee, Margaret Hamilton, Mona Barrie, and Robert Barrat. Note that movie was apparently written by "big city" people who filled the script with every hillbilly cliche in the book, and it bears little resemblance to any real portrayal of small town life (in the Ozarks or anywhere!). Condition: very good. card has darkened slightly; paper loss in top right corner; 1" crease in lower left corner of the image background; a few tiny border defects; other than the above, the card is in nice condition!
