She is best remembered for her appearance in "Murder at the Vanities" in 1934, where she sang "Sweet Marijuana" (which helps explain why pre-Code films caused the Code to be created). Some of her movies include: The Notorious Sophie Lang (and its two sequels), Bolero, Cleopatra, and many others! She passed away in 1964 at the age of 53.
