An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More)

Kilroy Is Here!, the 1940s Ted Saizis & Vincent Saizis post-World War II (WWII) black African-American comedy short ("A Riot of Fun!"). Note that we have never seen any other movie paper for this film, and it is difficult to find information about it, but it appears that this short featured an all-black cast and was directed by the Saizis brothers, who were white film-makers from Alabama. Vincent and Ted were film-makers from the 1940s to the 1970s (though most sites incorrectly list them as starting in the 1950s), and this must have been one of their first films, and one of the few they directed. They usually worked in the cinematography department, were known for shooting in adverse conditions (both bad weather and dangerous situations) in the southern United States, and some of their films included: The Green Berets, The Flim Flam Man, In Like Flint, and Bonnie & Clyde! If anyone knows more about this movie or the Saizis brothers, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
