A Vintage Paperback Book (measures 4 1/4" x 6 1/2" [11 x 17 cm]; 125 pages) (Learn More) The Radio Man (later released as "An Earth Man on Venus"), the 1924 Ralph Milne Farley science fiction (sci-fi) interplanetary travel thriller (the story of an electrical engineer who gets transported to the planet Venus, home of giant ant-like creatures!). Note that this was originally published in 1924 as "The Radio Man", and it was re-published in 1939 and 1948. In 1950, Avon Publishing gave it the far superior title of "An Earth Man on Venus" and issued it in paperback with a wonderful campy cover! Important Added Info: Note that we have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads. Condition: good. The first few interior pages have some light water staining in the lower right and there are some around the outer edges of the pages, but the cover has only some fairly minor wear and displays really well.
