Make every minute count!'"; "Your job is vital to victory!") encouraging worker productivity, and featuring an image of a man hard at work. The Sheldon-Claire Co. was founded by Lew Shalett during the 1930s to provide employee motivational materials to industry. The posters and other materials were used by a wide range of companies, associations, government agencies, municipalities and other organizations. In 1981, Mr. Shallet sold his employee motivation program to Pratt & Whitney (however, that firm found that there was no market for it anymore and it was discontinued). If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster must be sent in a tube that is over 32" long (which is why it is in this set of auctions). You can tell how long the tube will need to be by adding 2 inches to the shorter dimension of the length or width (so 40x60s need to be sent in a 42 inch long tube, etc). Most of these posters (with the notable exception of paper banners) CAN be combined in the same tube together, with a few exceptions. Bear in mind that a very long tube (42 inches or longer) will cost a lot more to send than a 30" tube, so bear that in mind before bidding on this poster. Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has some creases and tiny tears along portions of some edges as well as some slight discoloration in just a few small edge areas.
