Cline silent fantasy screwball time travel comedy ("The Frozen Faced Comedian's Funniest Farce"; "A Screaming Burlesque on Modern Civilization"; "Story and Titles by Jean Havez, Joe Mitchell, Clyde Bruckman"; with Buster doing his classic comedy in the Stone Age, the Roman Age, and the then Modern Age) starring Buster Keaton, Margaret Leahy, Wallace Beery, Lillian Lawrence, Joe Roberts, and Kewpie Morgan. Note that this was Keaton's first feature film, and it was designed so that if it failed at the box office, it could be turned into a series of shorts. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that first release 1923 posters and lobby cards from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only auctioned three lobby cards from this movie, and one of those cards has now been reconsigned to us! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. It appears that the card was folded vertically 3" from the right of the card and there was a tear at the bottom of that fold, with a horizontal crease 1/2" from the bottom border, running from that fold to the right border. There were also some pinholes, small stains, and some smudges around the edges. Someone had the card pressed and flattened, and they performed slight restoration to the above defects without backing the card. The card displays well, but you can see slight signs of the above restoration. Learn More about condition grades
