An Original Vintage 8" x 10" Fan Photo in 14" x 18" [36 x 46 cm] Display (Learn More) Pearl White was an actress from the 1910s to the 1920s. Some of her movies include: The Perils of Pauline (in the title role), The Missing Bridegroom, and The House of Hate. She is of course the most famous female silent serial star, but after many injuries from her roles, she decided that she wanted to quit serials, and she turned to "serious acting", but she became addicted to painkillers, and she retired in 1924 and passed away in 1938, when she was just 49. Important Added Info: Note that someone went all out in matting this 8" x 10" fan photo in a really cool and large deco mat (see our image). The fan photo has a printed signature on it, and was not signed by Miss White, and it has a photographer's name at lower left (but it is not embossed), but it will display well on the new owner's wall! Condition: very good. Learn More about condition grades
