Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this 1927 first release title card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There is a jagged 1" tear and creases at top center, running into the top half of woman's face, and someone put clear tape on the back of that area. There is faint water staining in the upper left blank border and minor wear in the other three corners. There is a tiny tear in the right blank border. There are two pieces of tape on the back of the bottom border, but they were not put there for any restoration purpose. Otherwise, the card is in pretty nice condition!
