a lot of 20 unfolded 11" x 16" special posters from John Ford's Cowboy Kings of Western Fame, the 1973 John Ford & Will Williams illustrated book ("A Commemorative Edition of the Great Director's Final Project"; "Limited Printing of 500 Copies"). The book contains twenty-four 11" x 16" full-color high-quality plates of Williams' artwork, each of a major cowboy star. The plates are contained in a really elaborate slipcase-like folder, with an image of John Ford on the cover. In conjunction with the book release, a set of postcards featuring the same artwork of cowboy stars was also released! We have pictured the front of all the posters, as well as the back of one.

Measurements: 11" x 16"

Condition: very good to fine. Some of the posters are in "very good" condition, and some are in quite nice condition. A small number have enough wear that they would qualify as "good to very good" condition.
