Now the motion picture that's just as real.") starring Marilyn Burns, Paul A. Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. This movie was submitted to the BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) in February 1975, and it was not even allowed to be released with an X rating! The distributor made very slight cuts and resubmitted it and it was again rejected for wide release, but the Greater London Council allowed for it to be shown in London only, and British quads were made that had "X (LONDON)" under the title. A few local areas defied the ban on the movie and British quads were made that had "X (LOCAL)" under the title. VERY FEW OF EITHER TYPE OF QUAD HAVE SURVIVED! The quad offered here is the one for the local release, which we have auctioned once before, and it sold for $1,282! We also only once auctioned the London release quad and it sold for $1,927!

Condition: very good. The poster has a brown stain in the upper left blank border that extends into the black border, but not the image. It has creases, tears, and small paper loss in the blank corners, with 1" of separation at the bottom of the right vertical fold. It has some creases above the middle horizontal fold between the middle crossfold and the crossfold next to it, and it has some creases in the right end of the middle horizontal fold. Other than the above, the poster is in pretty nice condition. It can certainly be displayed and enjoyed just as it is, or one might choose to have it linenbacked.
