An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Cimarron, the 1931 Wesley Ruggles (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award for this film) epic winning-of-the-West melodrama ("Edna Ferber's Colossal Cimarron"; "World's Mightiest Show!"; "Terrific as all Creation"; "Mightiest drama of the ages"; winner of the Best Picture Academy Award; from a story by Edna Ferber) starring Richard Dix (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Irene Dunne (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Estelle Taylor, Roscoe Ates, Nance O'Neil, Edna May Oliver, with "5000 in cast" (some advertising says "and a cast of 40,000"!). Note that this movie was remade in 1960 starring Glenn Ford and Maria Schell! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: fair to good. The still was glued to an album page and there are many black paper remnants on the back, and they have caused much scuffing on the front.
