An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) The Little Red Hen, the 1934 Ub Iwerks animated animation cartoon family comedy short (the classic story of a hen asking the other farm animals to help her do work, but nobody wants to, until she has food ready to eat). This was one of the cartoons created by Ubbe Iwwerks after he left Walt Disney in 1930 over a money dispute. While the series of cartoons he created were technically beautiful, they did not have a lot of success, and he returned to Walt Disney in 1940. If anyone knows more about this short, please e-mail us and we will post it here. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned two stills from this movie (10 and 12 years ago), and NO other movie paper. One of those two stills has now been reconsigned to us, so this is still only one of two items we have ever auctioned from this movie! Condition: very good. Learn More about condition grades
