An Original Vintage Autographed 3 1/2" x 5" [9 x 13 cm] Still (Learn More)

Ted Williams was a Major League baseball player from the 1930s to the 1960s, playing exclusively for the Boston Red Sox. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1966, and was a two-time Most Valuable Player (MVP), Triple Crown winner, and 19-time All-Star. He was the last baseball player to bat over .400, and he had remarkable statistics in spite of serving in both World War II and the Korean War, losing some of his best years of his career. In recent years, it was discovered that his mother was Mexican, thus making him surely the greatest Hispanic baseball player of all time! He passed away in 2002 at the age of 83.
Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Ted Williams! Note that our consignor purchased this from a sports autograph dealer around 20 years ago. He believed that dealer to be honest and reputable, but he did not receive a CoA at that time. Please compare this signature to known originals before placing a bid on it! Also note that this still measures 3 1/2" x 5" [9 x 13 cm].

Condition: good. There is a piece of clear tape in each corner, where the photo was taped to an album. There are creases around the edges. The signature has faded somewhat (look closely at our super-sized image before placing a bid on this item).
