Artist: Tel Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster was never folded. It had darkened, and it had a minor printing defect that caused thin horizontal lines near the middle of the poster, where the ink was not printed (see our image). It had two tiny bits of paper loss in the lower left of the image. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Learn More about condition grades
