No barriers to the jet age!"; about English scientists working on a secret mission to develop a plane that can go three times the speed of sound, which will enable them to potentially take them to the moon; there is an enemy agent working to sabotage the project, and the lead scientist neglects his wife, and she considers straying) starring Phyllis Calvert, James Donald, Robert Beatty, Herbert Lom, and Muriel Pavlow. Note that in 1953, this movie seemed like wild science fiction, but less than a decade later, spaceships were created, and they took men to the moon in another half dozen years after that!
