An Original Vintage Folded One-Sheet Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More)

the 1940s double-bill release ("Europe's double thrill horror show!") of Return of the Frog, the 1938 Maurice Elvey English crime mystery thriller (based on the Edgar Wallace story) starring Gordon Harker, Hartley Power, Rene Ray, Cyril Smith, and Charles Lefeaux AND Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (released in the U.S. in 1939 as "The Demon Barber of Fleet Street"), the 1936 George King English horror thriller starring Tod Slaughter ("Europe's Horror Man"; in the title role as Sweeney Todd), Stella Rho, John Singer, Eve Lister, and Bruce Seton. There had been two silent movies based on this same story (and a play written by George Dibdin-Pitt). Of course, decades later, there was a 1973 play that Stephen Sondheim adapted into the 1979 Broadway musical "Sweeney Todd", which Tim Burton made into a movie in 2007 starring Johnny Depp.
