An Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe 10 1/4" x 12 1/2" [26 x 32 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Gregory Peck was an actor from the 1940s to the 1990s. He was one of the most popular leading men from the mid-1940s through the 1960s, and he transitioned to older roles in his later years and appeared in a number of memorable movies. Some of his movies include: To Kill A Mockingbird (winner of the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Cape Fear, 12 O'Clock High (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Roman Holiday, The Guns of Navarone, The Omen, The Boys from Brazil, Gentleman's Agreement (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), The Yearling (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), The Keys of the Kingdom (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), and scores of others! He passed away in 2003 at the age of 87. Important Added Info: Note that the still was dry mounted onto a heavy board, and while it is not stamped on the back, our consignor tells us that this photo was taken by RKO photographer Ernest Bachrach who dry mounted the still for an exhibition. In separate auctions, we have similar Ernest Bachrach dry mounted stills featuring Katharine Hepburn and Orson Welles! Also, note that this still measures 10 1/4" x 12 1/2" [26 x 32 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Finally, note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock.
UPDATED 07/01/2019: Note that we have updated the Important Added Info section. Condition: good to very good. The still was dry mounted onto a heavy board prior to being framed (see above).
