Newmeyer silent mystery thriller comedy ("Cuckoo cuckoo cuckoo"; "M-e-o-w"; "George M. Cohan's greatest comedy"; "From the novel by Earl Derr Biggers"; based on the play by George M. Cohan; a clever story of a writer who bets a friend that he can complete his novel within 24 hours, and he goes to a secluded inn to be sure to have peace and quiet, but of course, there are all kinds of goings on at the inn, plus he meets a beautiful young woman as well!) starring Douglas MacLean, Edith Roberts, Anders Randolf, Crauford Kent, and Ned Sparks. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. Also note that this was a very popular George M. Cohan play that was filmed many times in the 1910s through the 1930s. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There is paper loss in the right blank corners and tiny paper loss in the top left blank corner, with very faint staining in the right of the bottom border. Otherwise, the card is in nice condition.
