There is wear, small bits of paper loss and several areas of separation along the foldlines and/or crossfold(s) (especially in the upper vertical foldline). Many of the defects as described above have been repaired with several pieces of tape from the back. There is a large tear at lower left through the word "BALL" and there is a large pencil mark throughout much of the art at upper center.
