An Original 1936 Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Wolves (released in the U.S. in 1936 as "Wanted Men"), the 1930 Albert de Courville English Canada crime melodrama ("A thunderbolt of dramatic thrills!"; based on the play by Georges Toudoze; about a woman who is kidnapped by a gang of thieves in the Arctic, but the leader of the gang develops feelings for her and helps her escape) starring Charles Laughton, ("supported by") Dorothy Gish, Malcolm Keen, Jack Osterman, Arthur Margetson, and Franklyn Bellamy. Note that this movie was Dorothy Gish's first talking movie and Charles Laughton's second (after an appearance in an odd musical film). It was only 57 minutes long when it was released as "Wolves" in England and Canada, and was cut to just 37 minutes when it was released in the U.S. under the title "Wanted Men". Movie paper of any kind from any country is beyond rare!
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this movie until we received this lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: good. The card has darkened somewhat. It has paper loss in three blank corners. It has a 1" tear in the right of the bottom border, a 1" tear in the center of the top border, and a diagonal crease in the bottom right corner. It has tape on the back of the left border and a small part of the bottom border, with some smudges around the edges (see our images).
