An Original 1966 (from the first release of this movie in France) Vintage Theatrical Folded French One-Panel "Grande" Movie Poster (1p; measures 46" x 61 1/2" [117 x 156 cm]) (Learn More) Per Qualche Dollaro in Piu (released in the U.S. in 1967 as "For a Few Dollars More"), the classic 1965 Sergio Leone German/Italian/Spanish cowboy spaghetti western sequel ("The man with no name is back! The man in black is waiting..."; "It's the second motion picture of its kind! It won't be the last!"; "The man with no name is back! The man in black is waiting... A walking arsenal - he uncoils, strikes and kills!") starring Clint Eastwood (as Monco), Lee Van Cleef (as Col. Mortimer), Gian Maria Volonte, Mara Krupp (billed as "Mara Krup"), Luigi Pistilli, Klaus Kinski (as Juan Wild, the Hunchback), Joseph Egger (billed as "Josef Egger"), Panos Papadopulos, Benito Steffanelli, Roberto Camardiel, Aldo Sambrell, Luis Rodriguez, and Mario Brega. Note that this movie was released in December of 1965 (no doubt to qualify for awards), but most of the Italian posters from the first release are dated 1966. This same situation exists with La Dolce Vita and many other classic movies. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Jean Mascii Important Added Info: Note that there is a re-release French poster with the exact same art. It was printed with the same plates, but the re-release poster has different printer information that this first release poster has. Many of these re-releases have been mistakenly sold as originals. This is the first time that eMoviePoster.com has ever sold this first release French one-panel! Condition: fair. There is a large area with scattered surface paper loss in the top left where a large snipe was roughly removed. Someone blacked out the United Artists logo at bottom right. There are many pinholes and tears around the edges of the poster with a few longer tears. There are many tape repairs on the back of the poster. Please do not bid on this poster unless you can accept its defects described above or are willing to pay to have them properly restored! Learn More about condition grades
