Date Sold 11/4/2008 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 15 Original Vintage Assorted Movie Promotional Items (Learn More) This is a special "A Nightmare on Elm Street" set of promotional items, including: a Freddy Krueger mask, a Freddy Krueger Hat, "Freddy's Glove", "A Nightmare on Elm Street V: The Dream Child" audio drama cassette tape (with press release), "A Nightmare on Elm Street V: The Dream Child" bumper sticker, "A Nightmare on Elm Street V: The Dream Child" button, 6 pairs of "Freddy's Dead" 3-D (3D; 3-Dimension) glasses, a 68-page "Freddy's Dead" promotional magazine, "A Nightmare on Elm Street" trading card, and a letter from New Line Cinema encouraging exhibitors to advertise "A Nightmare on Elm Street V: The Dream Child"!. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Important Added Info: Note that these items were consigned to us by a former movie reviewer who worked for a newspaper. He would be invited to special promotional showings of movies, where the studios would give him special promotional items related to that movie. Some of these items were likely ones that were also later sold to the general public, but some were likely solely made to be given out as promotional items to reviewers. The newspaper reporter who consigned these items stored them away ever since he first received them, and has now consigned them to us! Condition: very good to fine.
