An Original Vintage 8" x 11" [20 x 28 cm] Key Book Still (Learn More) Eleanore Whitney (born Eleanor Wittenberg, and at first billed as "Eleanor Whitney") was an actress in the 1930s. In 1937, Modern Screen reported that she broke the World Record for the fastest tap-dancing: 60 taps in four seconds. She only made a total of 14 movies, and in 1939, at the age of 22, she married well, and never made another movie, although she lived to be 66 years old, passing away in 1983. Some of her movies include: Rose Bowl, Thrill of a Lifetime, Turn Off the Moon, Blonde Trouble, and The Big Broadcast of 1937. She passed away in 1983 at the age of 66 AND Marsha Hunt is a a model, singer, and actress from the 1930s to the present. She started out as a teenage John Powers fashion model, she began singing as well, and she went to Hollywood in 1935, when she was 18 years old, and was signed with Paramount, but never became a top star, playing secondary roles in major movies and starring in secondary movies. She made 54 films through 1949, but in the 1950s, she and her husband Robert Presnell Jr. were caught up in the Blacklist (for her strong support of freedom of speech, and not for any communist activity), and that pretty much ended her film career. She makes occasional appearances, and was in a movie in 2008 at the age of 91! As of 2021, she is still alive at the age of 104! Important Added Info: Note that this still is a key book still, printed on a deluxe heavyweight paper stock. Many studios spent extra money to have their most special photos, the key book stills, either backed with linen or printed on a heavy paper, both of which enhanced their durability. They had an extra 1" at the left or top, with punch holes, because of how they were stored. Key book stills are far more rare than regular stills, which has increased their popularity among collectors, since only a few keybooks were manufactured per film, and a key book still is guaranteed to be authentic. Condition: very good to fine. There is a tear in the center of the blank top excess paper, but the still is otherwise in nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
