We frequently receive e-mails and phone calls over the weekend (or in the evening) when we are closed, and we really wish we could have someone here literally "24/7", but we could only do that if we hired many more employees, and then we would have to increase our rates or charge buyers premiums which all other auctions do.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (CDT), and during those times, we can be reached at +1 (417) 256-9616.

If you ever have an urgent concern after hours, your best bet is to e-mail us at phillip@emovieposter.com as we do our best to check those e-mails just before each set of auctions close, but we very much encourage you to review all auctions at least several hours prior to the closing times and ask any questions you may have before those last few hours so that there is no chance we "miss you" before auctions of interest to you close.

Also, some of our customers would like us to keep holding their purchases FAR beyond the two weeks we give U.S. customers (four weeks for non-U.S. customers) and sometimes they leave them here for months (or even years), because they know they can trust us, and this way they would only pay one shipping charge at the end of all that time.

But the problem is we send 500+ packages each and every week, and if we allowed our customers to wait a few weeks (or much longer) to pay for their purchases, we would soon have thousands of packages here that we would need to store and keep track of, and we just don't have the ability to do this (the only way we could would be to rent a much bigger place AND hire extra employees, and this too would require that we start to increase our rates or charge buyers premiums, which all other auctions do).

I hope you can understand that we do the best we can. We are the only auction we know of that gives U.S, buyers 14 days to accumulate purchases (and non-U.S. buyers 28 days to accumulate purchases that are then combined into as few packages as can be safely done), and during that time we auction around 5,000 or 10,000 items, so certainly you have a lot to choose from.
