We are announcing a MAJOR change to our "Pay and Hold Program" (which you will love!). This is the first major change to our Pay and Hold Program since 2013!

What is the change? Starting immediately, we will now have U.S. "Pay and Holds" last for FOUR weeks instead of three (if you live in the U.S.) or EIGHT weeks instead of six (if you live outside the U.S.)! This gives you even more time in which to accumulate purchases than can then ship in as few packages as possible (and during four weeks we will have held 12,000 auctions, and during eight weeks 24,000 auctions, so you surely can find several or a lot of items to buy in that many auctions).

THIS CHANGE MEANS WE WILL ALSO CHANGE THE AUTOSHIP PROGRAM! If you live in the U.S. and are in our "Three Week Autoship Program", know that this will immediately become the "FOUR Week Autoship Program", meaning you will now have your orders automatically sent every FOUR weeks instead of three.

And if you live OUTSIDE the U.S. and are in our "Six Week Autoship Program", know that this will immediately become the "EIGHT Week Autoship Program", meaning you will now have your orders automatically sent every EIGHT weeks instead of three.

THIS IS IN EFFECT IMMEDIATELY, SO ALL EXISTING THREE WEEK AUTOSHIPS WILL HAVE AN EXTRA WEEK ADDED TO THEM (and all existing 6 week autoships will have two weeks added to them).

ARE YOU CURRENTLY USING "PAY AND HOLD" BUT ARE NOT COMBINING IT WITH "AUTOSHIP"? We strongly urge you to consider doing so. Using it, you can pay for your purchases and then have them held and automatically sent to you on a regular basis (as noted above, the standard "autoship pay and hold" is four weeks in the U.S. and eight weeks outside the U.S., but if you want them sent to you more frequently, you could instead ask for "one week autoship pay and hold" or "two week autoship pay and hold" and then we automatically send all your Pay and Hold purchases on that schedule. More and more of our customers are using this, and they all agree it is the greatest thing since sliced bread, so if you are not using it, why not sign up, and we know you too will see how much easier it is, and how much money it saves you.

Why did we make this change (to 4 weeks for U.S. buyers and 8 weeks for non-U.S. buyers) that will save all of our buyers lots on shipping? We have auctioned so much stuff the past year that we now have enough space to store your purchases longer! If we can get even more space we will try to expand the "hold time" even longer, but that likely will be a long ways off.

Finally, please remember this is the "Pay and Hold" program and NOT the "Buy and Hold" program. We still need you to pay for your purchases in a timely fashion, because we need to pay our consignors promptly, so that they will keep sending lots more great stuff to auction!
