Some customers have reported that they do not receive any e-mail messages from us when using Hotmail/MSN. In most cases, this can be easily resolved by using the directions below which will add emovieposter.com to you accepted sender list which will ensure that all messages from us reach you.

Note: These directions were meant for Hotmail/MSN customers only. They will not work with other e-mail providers.

Step 1: Login to Hotmail.

Step 2: Select the "Options" link in the welcome bar.

Step 3. Click on the "Safe and blocked senders" link under the Junk E-mail heading.

Step 4. Clink on the "Safe Senders" link under the Safe and blocked senders heading.

Step 5. type "emovieposter.com" into the "Sender or domain to mark as safe" text box.
Step 6. Click the "Add to list" button.
