If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: This Argentinean poster measures approximately 29" x 43" and is linenbacked. Condition: good. This poster was linenbacked, but it was either NOT linenbacked by a very talented restorer, or it was linenbacked many years ago, and has received rough handling over the years, or it had fairly major defects that were not restorated at all. If it was restored, you can see signs of the restoration even from a distance. This is a poster that would greatly benefit from additional professional restoration. See below for its pre-restoration defects (we are the only major auction company we know of that gives accurate detailed pre-restoration information to our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). The poster has small paper loss at the crossfolds. There are extra horizontal foldlines between the top and middle foldlines and there are small vertical tears along much of the middle foldline. There are many pinholes, creases, and tears around the edges of the poster. The person who linenbacked the poster just mounted the poster and left the defects alone. If they bother the new owner of the poster, a talented restorer could touch them up without rebacking the poster. Learn More about condition grades
