A Pictorial History of the Western Film, the 1969 William K. Everson illustrated book detailing the history of the genre and containing nearly 500 black & white images from historical Hollywood cowboy westerns from 1903's The Great Train Robbery to 1969's Paint Your Wagon

Important Added Info: Note that this is one of a series of books published by Cadillac Publishing Company in the 1960s. We don't know how many books in this series there were, but we are offering 4 different ones (in 4 different auctions). Each of the books does not have a dust jacket (we don't know if they were published with one or not), and each has an embossed gold image in the lower right of the cover. Also note that we have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads.

Condition: good to very good. There is surface paper loss in the top right corner of the front and back covers.
