Important Added Info: Note that the screenplay was written by DeWitt Bodeen The script was the personal copy of screenwriter DeWitt Bodeen, who had this script professionally bound with a hardcover binding, and he autographed the first page of the script. We are auctioning this script along with three other hard bound scripts that also were Mr. Bodeen's personal copy. In the case of this hardbound script, the author had two playbills glued into the back of the book. One is from 1944 when the play opened, and the other is from 1946, when the play closed. Condition: very good. The hardcovers are scuffed, more so around the edges and on the spine. There was once something taped to the corners of the first interior page, and it is no longer present, but there are tape stains in the corners of that page. The other interior pages have slightly darkened around the edges, but they are not fragile and are otherwise in nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
