An Original Vintage Linenbacked Film Festival Poster (measures 25 1/4" x 37 3/4" [64 x 96 cm]) (Learn More) Fellini 13 5/6, the 1977 poster promoting a film festival ("The New School celebrates Fellini in festival. His 25 years as a director - his 13 5/6 films") of Federico Fellini movies, which was held from February to May in New York City. Note that this poster features Marcia Marx art based on Fellini's films. Of course, the title is a parody of Fellini's 8 1/2, which received its title, because it was his movie after his eighth movie, but he did not consider it a "full" movie, so he named it "8 1/2", being half a movie. And the "13 5/6" in the title of this was derived from adding his movies plus the portions of multi-director movies that he directed in! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
