Date Sold 11/30/2014 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 4 magazines with Star Wars covers from TV Guide, NOT the later magazine that became a nationwide institution, but an earlier digest sized magazine, started in 1948, and it was this magazine which was sold to Walter Annenberg in 1953, and which then became the more famous TV Guide we know today. The magazine was first published in New York only, but later was published in regional editions, including one for New England. Note that the items in this lot are from 1999, and that they were designed so that the four covers make a single image (to encourage people to buy a set of all four of them off the newsstand). We do not provide a list of these items, but there are images of all of them. Measurements: 5" x 7 1/2"Condition: very good. One of the magazines has stains in the top right corner (see our image).
