An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

The Moon Riders, the 1920 B. Reeves Eason & Theodore Wharton Texas silent cowboy western serial ("Universal's Whirlwind Serial") starring Art Acord, Mildred Moore, Tote Du Crow, Charles Newton, George Field, and Beatrice Dominguez. This serial has a group of bad guys called the "Moon Riders" who wear really cool outfits including masks, and they are caught by Texas Ranger Art Acord. If anyone knows more about this serial, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also, note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that this appears to be a title card for "the entire serial", because it has no chapter title on it. But we have seen three different title cards like this, as well as all-text title cards, as well as regular scene cards! So we are not really sure what this adds up to. If anyone knows more about this (or has seen the pressbook, which might contain vital clues), please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: good to very good. The card has pinholes in the corners. They were removed, causing paper loss in each corner, more so in the bottom right one, and someone taped pieces from another card to the back of those areas. There are also some smudges and stains around the edges and a few scattered in the image.
