Stories for Children Told in His Own Way by The Great Gildersleeve, the 1945 record album set featuring Harold Peary telling three fairy tales: Jack and the Beanstalk, Puss in Boots, and Rumpelstiltskin. Of course, Harold Peary was an actor and singer from the 1930s to the 1970s. He is best known for his alter ego, "The Great Gildersleeve", whom he portrayed in radio, TV, and movies. He passed away in 1985 at the age of 76.

Condition: fair to good. The set originally had three records, but one of them is missing (the one that had Rumpelstiltskin). We have no way of verifying if the records are playable, but they appear to be.
